Message From Twenty 5 Design About Coronavirus
Twenty 5 Design, Keeping You Safe During Coronavirus
I wanted to reach out to you with a heartfelt reassurance that myself and the Twenty 5 Design team are thinking of our customers at this uncertain time. For now, the showroom is closed, but we will continue to be available to you remotely by phone and email. For now, we have forwarded our landlines to a fast-response mobile and will continue to monitor messages and emails.
We shall continue to follow Government Guidelines and let you know when the showroom re-opens.
Our Showroom Is Temporarily Closed
Under Instruction from the Prime Minister we have closed the showroom until further notice in order to protect both staff and the general public. However, we are available to carry out design and quotations from the comfort of our homes if this is required. We will be reviewing the situation on a weekly basis and updating you through social media.
When we re-open, rest assured that, besides making rigorous adjustments for your safety, we will continue as usual. For instance, we will increase the frequency and depth of cleaning in our showroom to ensure a sanitary and safe environment. Likewise, we will maintain rigorous daily cleaning routines across our vehicles. Plus our team will employ the latest hygiene measures. So you can be confident that we will continue to meet all recommendations outlined by Public Health England.
Safety When We Are In Your Home
Furthermore, for those of you where we are working in your homes or coming to see you in your environment, we are sensibly cautious. My fitting teams and I are carrying sterile hand sanitisers and washing our hands thoroughly and as frequently as possible.
We would also recommend minimal physical contact, so please do not be offended if the team or I don’t shake your hand for the next few weeks. Plus we may maintain a little bit of healthy distance and no physical contact. Equally, if you have any special requests, like gloves or facemasks, we are happy to oblige.
In return, we politely ask that if you or someone you have been in contact with has shown even the slightest of symptoms of Coronavirus COVID-19, you inform us and rearrange until you have completed the recommended self-isolation period. As although we are passionate about kitchen design, we equally care about you, our staff and other customers health. So if you feel you may be a risk, please play it safe.
Mostly, we feel that now is not a time for anxiety and panic, but instead a time for caring, sharing and supporting one another.
Together, Let’s Minimise The Spread Of Infection
With this in mind, I believe that we must all take a balanced approach to minimise the spread of infection. So, here’s what we are practising and perhaps you could too? Whether you visit us at the showroom, or we come to you, please follow the below advice:
- Wash your hands thoroughly and regularly and carry a hand-sanitiser with you.
- Avoid shaking hands, minimise personal contact and even wear gloves where possible.
- Face masks can be worn, but mainly make sure coughs and sneezes are caught in tissues and binned. Then wash or sanitise your hands.
- Carefully follow guidance and practices from the NHS and Government Guidelines.
- If you, or anyone you have been in contact with, shows even the slightest symptoms, please rearrange your appointment. If you are even the mildest of risks, please self-isolate at home. Likewise, if you have travelled to an affected area, please self-isolate.
Right now is the time for communities to come together. That’s why we have your health in mind, but also that of our staff and other customers too. Moreover, we have a strict policy in place whereby any member of staff will self-isolate straight-away if they show even the slightest of symptoms, or have been in contact with anyone who does. Fortunately, none of our team has been affected, yet.
While the next few months are uncertain, let’s work as a community. Together, we will get through this. Then, when we come out the other side, we will be ready.
May I take this chance to wish you and your family the best, stay healthy and look after one another.
